Refund Policy
The Lowball Check report is a one-time digital product priced at $3 USD, or the price shown at checkout. It is unlocked and delivered to your browser immediately after successful payment.
1. Instant digital delivery
Because the report and cartoon are generated and shown after payment, the product is considered delivered at the moment of unlock. A local report snapshot may be stored in your browser for a limited time so a refresh does not immediately erase the purchased result.
2. When we will refund
We will issue a full refund if any of the following apply and you contact us within 14 days of purchase:
- You were charged but the report failed to unlock due to a technical error on our side.
- You were charged more than once for the same unlock.
- You were charged but received no working result at all.
- Your report disappeared because of a service-side delivery issue and we cannot restore access or provide a working result.
3. What is not normally refundable
Because the product is delivered instantly, we generally cannot refund simply because you changed your mind, disagreed with the estimate, or because the result was not what you hoped. The report is a modeled estimate for research and entertainment, as described in our Terms of Service.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@lowballcheck.com from the email associated with your payment and include your PayPal transaction ID or the approximate date and time of purchase. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via PayPal.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country or region. Where local law grants stronger rights, those rights apply.
